Many people shuffle along like cybernauts, programmed by a culture that is unaware of the great Tao. They do not think for themselves, preferring to follow the lead of others no matter how foolish or misguided. They roam about like a flock of sheep. They try so hard to be different, they are all the same. Amid all the wisdom the Tao provides, they are blind or refuse to see. Surrounded by the fresh water of Tao, they are desperately thirsty. They are helpless robots waiting for their next program to be installed by the fancy of their fellow man and culture.
