Lao-Tzu once said “There
is a time to live and a time to die but never to reject the moment.”…I believe that
he was saying that you should always practice mindfulness no matter what the
moment is…you shouldn’t reject living…sometimes people see no way out but there
is always a path…you just have to keep looking for it…it will present
itself…when it is time to die, then die with dignity…learning how to die is
just as important as learning to live…we spend a lot of time rejecting things
we don’t like, but sometimes we just don’t have a choice…and struggling against
it only makes it worse...a good way to practice mindfulness is to ask yourself "What am I doing now?" as often as you like...that can help you maintain focus on what you're doing.
