The intelligentsia are often
too wrapped up in trying to prove something to themselves or someone else to recognize
that the truth already exists right in front of them. There is nothing additional
that they need to prove. They are too focused on the minute to see the big
picture. The proof is there if they would only open their eyes and minds to it.
It is too simple, thus it is difficult for all but the enlightened mind to
understand. Members of the intelligentsia often do not have enlightened minds;
only minds full of facts and information, clutter that blocks the true light
from shining in. The Dao is the true light, representing all that is pure and
good in this universe. Perhaps it is better just to enjoy and take advantage of
this true light instead of analyzing it.
