There comes a time in
all our lives when we must choose. We make millions of choices during the
course of our lifetimes. We always want to choose wisely, but we do not always
do so. Yet, it is important to choose. The man with one foot on the pier and
another on the departing boat will soon find himself in the water with nowhere
to stand. Those who do not take a stand will eventually take a fall out of
indifference. We choose the Dao, this is not to say it is the best way, but it
is the way for us.
