Dawn

Water can overcome a stone because the water needs no door to enter. It is its gentle persistence that makes it successful. It maintains a quiet way, never becoming frustrated or impatient. There is much we can learn from this. People often give up right before they can succeed. It is their lack of understanding, lack of persistence, and lack of patience that causes them to fail. It is always the darkest before the dawn. The Dao teaches us not to force things or have expectations either one way or another.
