Worry, Worry, Worry

We often worry about things, and what may occur. The truth is that most of these occurrences will never occur. Mark Twain once said that Some of the worst things in my life never even happened”. We spend a good deal of time and energy for nothing. We upset the balance of the mind. If we worry about things, do things change? Would it not be better to think of the positive outcomes that may take place? Unpleasant things do happen, but worrying about them only destabilizes the mind and prevents peace.
