Fallen fruit cannot be returned to the branch that held it. Some things that are lost can never be found again. You can remove a nail from a tree but not the scar that it created. Trust, like a bird that has escaped from its cage, can fly a great distance and perhaps never be recovered. Remember that if your words are not better than silence, you should remain silent.
