Space

In this crowded world, we need to find space. Space to live, breathe, and recharge. This is a world where space is becoming a precious commodity. Homes used to be built on sufficient if not spacious parcels of land. Now, they are often constructed on zero lot lines and practically no room for a yard. One goes for a walk and passes only more houses, everyone almost on top of one another with no space to breathe. The mind however presents an opportunity to spread out. When we meditate, we find a place where we can stretch without confines. If we are not lucky enough to have physical living space, we must remember we are lucky enough to have meditation to let us find that place with no borders, no fences, and no ceiling.
