Before the dragoon comes to cut us to
shreds…before the lid is sealed and the box lowered…we should try to find our
true calling…maybe it’s art…maybe it’s the written word…maybe not like the
cliché ‘The great American novel’, but to just write a short story or some
verse and wave it proudly…life is far too short to spend it miserably…enjoy
yourself, do things you like…go see the northern lights…see the Grand Canyon, just
go away for the weekend or if you are adventurous, visit France or if that’s
too far, go up to Quebec…whatever it is you’d like to do, do it.
