Some people talk a good
game, but that’s all they do…is talk…when it comes to action they aren’t what they
say they are…I had an acquaintance who bragged about what a great guitar player
he was…he could sure talk the talk…but you never saw him play a lick…he just
kept on yapping…one day at a party, there was a guitar around and somebody
asked him to play…suddenly, he had to leave…strange…the truth was he couldn’t
play…he didn’t play as well as I do, and my playing isn’t so hot…turned out he
wasn’t all he said he was…there’s a lot of folks like that…you gotta watch that
with people when it comes to guitar playing…and a lot more.
