You can get a variety of opinions. There isn’t any conclusive evidence one way
or another. However, some people do claim that it does help them. Now of course
you can believe what you want, but you might want to try it and see if it works

The first five I can buy
into and I plan on using it more often for relaxation, but I’m more skeptical
