Does aromatherapy work? You can get a variety of opinions. There isn’t any conclusive evidence one way or another. However, some people do claim that it does help them. Now of course you can believe what you want, but you might want to try it and see if it works for you.  Some of the things it can be used for to treat include;

·         Anxiety
·         Stress
·         Insomnia
·         Depression
·         Headaches
·         Muscular aches
·         Body aches
·         Circulation problems
·         Digestive problems

The first five I can buy into and I plan on using it more often for relaxation, but I’m more skeptical on the others, but give it a try sometime. It may help your mood and let your mind relax.
