Let peace guide your
life. Even if you just meditate for minutes a day, you are improving your
chances. The other day, I had a few minutes so I sat down by my front window,
thinking of nothing really, just watching the clouds come and go. It was so
relaxing. A few minutes passed into a few more minutes and those minutes added
up to half an hour. There wasn’t anything formal about it. I didn’t sit down with
the idea of ‘meditating’. I just sat. Afterwards, I felt so calm and
rejuvenated. It’s important to find time for yourself and to invest that time
wisely.
