On a lonely Cape Cod
shoreline, I sit in the sand and watch the tides come and go. It is misty and a
little foggy. The breeze is chilly at first and then becomes biting as the
afternoon gets late and the sun begins to slip away. I sit there and think of nothing.
The rain begins to fall a little harder, the darkness encroaches, and it is
downright cold now. Yet, I am at peace and there is no other place in the world
I would rather be right now.
