Proud As A Peacock

 

Peacocks of the male variety will proudly show their colorful feathers as a way of trying to impress a female peacock whom they find attractive. There is certainly no shortage of peacocks on the human variety that will boast of anything they’ve done or maybe not done but claim to have. It is unfortunate that humility has become a forgotten trait; one who has humility is often overlooked by our careless society because they do not walk around flaunting their talents. They don’t have ‘swag’ nor care to. This is actually quite admirable and people should be extremely proud of their humility if it is possible to do such a thing.
