Mind Yoga

Practice yoga with the mind and be as flexible as you can be. Let it stretch out. Learning to let things go or going with the flow sometimes can be a great way to find peace of mind. Really, how many things are so important that you have to have your way every time? Take your mind to a level it has never been before. With a little practice, you can be a great yogi. Too many minds these days are stiff, even brittle. Expand the mind with up-dogs, down-dogs and whatever other ‘poses’ you need.
