Practice yoga
with the mind and be as flexible as you can be. Let it stretch out. Learning to
let things go or going with the flow sometimes can be a great way to find peace
of mind. Really, how many things are so important that you have to have your
way every time? Take your mind to a level it has never been before. With a
little practice, you can be a great yogi. Too many minds these days are stiff,
even brittle. Expand the mind with up-dogs, down-dogs and whatever other
‘poses’ you need.
