We are often happy to
gain something but we should always remember that in every gain, there is loss.
Likewise, we may not like the loss of something but if we are wise, we realize
that in every loss, there is gain. The job lost today may lead to a better
position to be gained later. A mistake can lead to the loss of something, but
we can gain the wisdom not to make the same mistake again. Remember, patience
is the greatest virtue. It is the constant ebb and flow of the Dao.
