In order to be in peace and harmony, the mind, body, and spirit must be cleansed regularly. We can do this through regular meditation. It is how we can confront the churning world we live in and yet maintain a sense of calm. Meditation need not be a formal exercise with numerous rituals. It can be as simple as sitting on the floor or ground and maintaining quiet and just letting go of the negativity within.
