If
you are one with yourself, you are never lonely. If you are one with the Dao,
the entire world is your home. Always seek self-containment. Rely on no one for
your happiness. Go within for peace. Outside sources are unreliable at best.
This does not mean one must be a recluse. It means that you should be solely
responsible for your quest for tranquility and not depend on others.
