Muddy Water

Muddy water has no depth. A mind that is muddy cannot see things clearly. Meditation helps us to see things crystal clear. Slow down. Find time to reflect. Make your mind a tranquil pond that reflects truth back to you. A pond of choppy water gives us nothing but turbulence. To sit quietly and do nothing gets much done. It is not a waste of time, but time well spent.
