It creates all form and substance yet has none of its own. It is everywhere but cannot be seen or heard. Everything is a perfect expression of the Tao. In harmony, things take their own course. The ten thousand things are of the Dao. Yet the Dao does not attempt to possess any of them. The Dao does not speak and its language cannot be spoken. It is void of design and is nowhere. Yet everywhere is it found and its work is always complete.
