Failure



No one likes to fail. Admitting failure like drinking bitter tea. Yet the greatest failure is the failure to try. Failure can be a most enlightening teacher. The greatest of Tao masters experienced failure at one time or another. A respected zen teacher once said that a zen master’s life was “one mistake after another.” If you seek perfection, you will only shake hands with disappointment.
