A river flows effortlessly and so should the Tao flow effortlessly from within us. Remove all obstructions by breathing in and out with the spirit of the Tao. Liberate your mind with the teachings of the ancients and release all fear and uncertainty. Be one with all. Realize this. There is nothing to do. You are already one with everything. A blade of grass is effortless, yet with sunlight and water, it grows.
