Do not regard your career as something so precious that it comes before your nature and following the Way. Ladders of success are often climbed and then fallen from. It is difficult to walk the path when you are trying to juggle things that do not harmonize with Tao nature. People come and go, as do jobs, managers, and careers. When all those have vaporized, the Tao still remains like the diligent mountain that stands above all, showing the way. Realize what is really important and place that ahead of the rest.
