If we decide to accept a mission of finding constant happiness, I am afraid it is highly improbable, more likely impossible. We are setting ourselves up for failure. If we decide instead to heed the teachings of the Tao, accept the good with the bad, the highs and the lows, we are far more likely to be happy because we have an understanding of the universe and its ways. No one can be at the top forever, no one is at bottom forever. One cycle begets another.
